Supreme Multivitamin delivers:
- the highest doses of vitamin C (1,000 mg) and vitamin D (1,000 IU) in any multivitamin and mineral supplement.
- amino acid chelated minerals, which are the most absorbable form of minerals.
- high doses of B-complex vitamins
- additional antioxidant protection with CoQ10, grape seed extract, cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, Turmeric root extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids, and citrus bioflavonoids.
- active B12 (as methylcobalamin) and folic acid (as methylfolate) for maximum benefit.

Thank you for leaving a review. I'm glad you're loving Supreme Multivitamin. Riboflavin, also called vitamin B2, can cause your urine to turn yellow. It could mean that you are absorbing the nutrient and that your body is simply excreting the excess. Or could also mean that you are not drinking enough water and your urine is too concentrated.

I feel confident that this is dissolving rather than going straight through my system like hard pills do. There is no vitamin taste or burping after taking it. My husband and I have ordered these vitamins for years. We love them and won’t be without them. My husband can really tell if he doesn’t take his multivitamin as he starts feeling sluggish and tired. We would highly recommend to anyone who cares about their health. My husband is 71 and I am 67. I take high blood pressure medication and my husband takes no medication, at all.
